Upon arrival the costume was in part torn alongside one of the vital seams. The material was extreamly skinny and cheaply made. The dress seems to be no longerhing like the picture and the hat wouldn't fit a baby doll, let by myself my daughter. I contacted Brands On Sale to come the product and used to be informed I can be charged a 25% restocking fee!! I returned the costume and took my loss. I would not counsel this costume to any person and definitely no longer counsel purchasing anything from Brands On Sale. I am disillusioned that Amazon would even contract with this type of firm.
